Refund policy
At Vital Zenergy, all sales for medical, wellness, and aesthetic services are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations:
• Cancel 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule using store credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Duplicate Payments:
If a duplicate payment is made, we will refund the extra charge within 3–5 business days.
Products:
Returns are allowed only if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and requested within 7 days.
Liability Waiver:
By purchasing, you agree that results vary and Vital Zenergy is not responsible for dissatisfaction or lack of results.
